  5. Рыба. Скумбрия, салака, тунец, морской окунь, кета обязательно должны быть в рационе женщины хотя бы два раза на неделю. Ведь в рыбе есть жирные кислоты, которые очень богаты Омега-3. Они способствую укреплению кожи, препятствуют возникновению всевозможных раздражений.
