С приходом зимних холодов большинство тех, кто тренировались летом и осенью, начинают впадать в спячку, и все больше проводят времени дома, уютно закутавшись в теплый плед. И делают это зря. Пробежки и прогулки – это главное условие активного образа жизни. И зима – это не исключение.

Самое лучшее начало дня – это утренняя пробежка. Ведь для того чтобы побегать, не нужно покупать абонемент в тренажёрный зал. Достаточно выйти во двор или парк и просто начать тренировку. Выберите для себя оптимальную дистанцию, которая вам под силу. Во время бега укрепляются мышцы ног, ягодиц, пресса, спины и даже плеч. Главное бегать правильно. Держите спину ровно и дышите полной грудью. Бег по неровной поверхности поможет сжечь больше калорий.

Зимой нас постоянно клонит ко сну. Однако если утром, после пробуждения, вы отправитесь на прогулку или пробежку, вы не только проснётесь и получите заряд бодрости на весь день, но и сделайте свой организм менее восприимчивым к простудным заболеваниям. Перед тем, как отправиться на прогулку или пробежку, нужно правильно подобрать одежду. Она не должна сковывать движения, но при этом следите за температурным режимом. Обычные джинсы, брюки и теплые свитера не подойдут. Лучший вариант, это термобельё, а также штаны и куртка из специального влагоотталкивающего и дышащего материала. Вы не должны переохлаждаться и не должны потеть. Перед самым выходом на улицу в полной экипировке важно подготовить свое тело к предстоящей физической нагрузке, разогреть его, причем, чем морознее погода, тем, дольше надо разминать своё тело.  В качестве разминки сделайте 10 приседаний, 10 поворотов корпуса, 10 наклонов вправо и влево. Растянем мышцы наклонами вперёд, считая до 10ти.

Если температура на улице, ниже -10 градусов, увеличьте время разминки в 2 раза.

Зимой во время пешей прогулки в среднем темпе вы сможете сжечь намного больше килокалорий, чем при ходьбе в том же темпе летом. Это происходит потому, что сопротивление со снегом больше, и ваши мышцы нагружаются сильнее. Кроме того, икроножные мышцы и бёдра нагружаются гораздо интенсивнее, и ваша тренировка становится более эффективная.

Начинайте с ходьбы в быстром темпе, затем спустя 5 минут переходите на лёгкий бег. Таким образом, если вы в свой зимний распорядок дня добавите пробежки или прогулки, вы будете всегда в отличной форме и навсегда избавитесь от лишних килограмм.
