1. Тщательно изучайте состав средства по уходу за волосами. Шампунь, к примеру, должен выбираться по нескольким критериям: типу ваших волос, типу проблем, с которыми вы сталкиваетесь (слабые волосы после окрашивания, перхоть, секущиеся и ломкие волосы, выпадение волос).

Чтобы волосы сохраняли жизненную силу, их регулярно нужно питать кондиционерами, масками и бальзамами. Они, к тому же, облегчат процедуру расчесывания длинных волос.

2. Мойте волосы правильно. Во-первых, не делайте это слишком часто. Достаточно двух раз в неделю. А во-вторых, вода для мытья должна быть теплой, не больше 40 градусов.

3. Правильно расчесывайте шевелюру. Чем длиннее волосы, тем чаще они спутываются. Если это произошло, вначале попробуйте распутать их руками, а только потом беритесь за расческу.

Расческу выбирайте деревянную, с редкими крупными зубцами. Чтобы меньше нарушать структуру волос, начинайте их расчесывать с кончиков, постепенно продвигаясь вверх.
