Для красоты тела можно сделать сладкое шоколадное обертывание. Для этого 200 г какао-порошка хорошо размешать с половиной литра горячей воды. Емкость со смесью следует укутать полотенце и остудить в таком положении до температуры тела. Затем тонким слоем нанести на кожу в проблемных местах. Для большего эффекта утеплить полиэтиленовой пленкой. Выдержать от 10 до 20 минут.

Поможет содержать кожу в прекрасном состоянии массаж антицеллюлитного действия. Взять столовую ложку теплого оливкового масла, накапать в него 5 капель грейпфрутового масла. Смесь массажными движениями тщательно распределить на бедрах и ягодицах, а также по всему телу.
